You can reuse your airbag, ECU in the steering wheel, and multifunction buttons on both sides.

HI I HAVE M5 WHEEL WITH PADDLES AND AIR BAG AND HAVE BEEN AWAITING A REPLY FROM HOBI RE THIS MOD HOW MUCH IS YOUR MOD POSTED TO ENGLAND CONCIDERING I HAVE THE ABOVE ITEMS . ALSO I HAVE A 530D WITH STEP IS THIS MOD COMPATIBLE THANKS
