M5 Mirror retrofit on 550i

Can anyone confirm if the latest E60 original M5 mirrors (part number 51 16 80 46 354) will fit and function correctly if retrofitted to a new 550i.
The original mirrors on the 550i are option code 430 i.e auto dimming and folding (part number 51 16 71 89 686)
