Probably better to go with MTech bumper , looks virtually the same but you can add fog lights.

Actually it looks pretty different if you pay attention to details (M5 bumper is more aggresive looking, in my opinion). Most people on the road won't be able to tell, but anyone on the forum for sure can tell the difference.

BMW-ALPINA, it looks great. So only the bumper, air ducts and side suports needs to be changed?
Yes, it is, but if you want a perfect match with the fenders you have to change the fenders to. I didn't have the air ducts because i want some fog lights from a composites dealer here in Norway. They are still under construction, but i think they are finish in August/September month. The air ducts on drivers side need some modifications before you fit it on.

I would put the M5 bumper in the back and do quad exhaust, it looks good, thats what I ended up doing. Some of the other members first had the M-tech rear and then went ahead and got the M5 rear. Don't forget the m-tech sideskirts, they actually add a lot to the car's profiles

+1, get the M5 rear bumper instead of the Mtech one, you won't regret it.

Which exhaust system is recommended to be used with M5 bumper?

any quad exhaust system. choices include rdsport, eisenmann, hamann, remus (if available), straight pipes, or a custom exhaust.
