Hello, I have resently got my firts BMW, a 530D -05 and I am loocking for summer wheels.
I like the M5 166 rin but is a little worried that it will come to far out.
The Original size for my Car is 8x18 with ET 20 and for what i understand
the M5 166 is 8.5x19 and ET 13 for the front Wheels.
I whold like to have 245/40 19 as it is 255/40 19 on the M5.
The BMW dealer near have four front wheels to sell me for a good price.
Have anybody tried this on a E60, not M5

Looks great!. Won't stick out too far. Get em! I want them for my 545. We have same offsets.

Welcome to the forums and congratulations on your new car!
I haven't tried the M166 wheels, but you can fit the 8,5x19 ET13 size both front and rear.
My summer wheels are 8,5x19 ET14 front and rear and they fit great!
But I think 245/40 tire might rub especially in front. M5 has wider front wheel fenders.
I use the "right" size 245/35 R19. Good luck with the purchase!
