Installing it, will it mess up ur BMW ability to detect low pressure on the tire = "FLAT TIRES"???

depends on which year your car is made. you might need to install the tpms modules to the new wheels to make the tire puncture detection work.

I have 2004 525i and plan to get OEM 167. Where I get TPMS Modules? @ Dealer? Thanks

04' doesn't have TPMS, should be ok.
