After looking at pictures of the M-kit rear bumpers I keep thinking that I shouldn't replace my stock bumper with the one from the M-Tech kit. I think I prefer the look of the stock bumper over the M-Tech. Yes, I like the rear diffuser, but the lip on the stock one makes rear look less... heavy? Now sure. What do you guys think? The car is TiSilver, chrome tips, red reflectors, if it makes any difference.

If I decide not to replace the rear - where would one go to sell it?

You can sell the M-Tech kit here in the Classified forum.

Of the top of my head I know of two people that have the setup you are considering: Blackonblackonblack and EBMCS03. Personally, I love the rear M-Tech bumper. It completes the whole M look.

Well, here is hte deal - I'm not really after M-look. I just like how front M-kit bumper look. I'm even thinking about leaving the side skirts and installing only the front bumper. We'll see I guess. I already bought the whole kit, so I have a choice now!

I like the look of the stock rear better than the M-tech rear. I agree that I think it looks too "heavy".

I like the sides too, most likely will put them on too. Still not sure about the rear. The problem is that I don't want to spend $$ to paint it if it will be sitting in the garage after that...
