So I've been on this board pretty heavy for the last week since I got my car and it seems like EVERYONE has this kit. The way I priced it out, it seems like it would cost like $2500+ painted and shipped, before even being installed?!

I mean I realize it makes a huge difference in looks but how the hell is everyone justifying that cost on top of everything else! Am I missing something here? Do some people just have a front lip that looks like the M bumper or what?

Pondering this right now, and have been for 6 months. These are pretty expensive cars...

If you want quality parts for an expensive German luxury sedan be prepared to pay... I don't want to lay that type of cash either but you are getting an OEM full body kit.

+1, and that price is better than dealer cost (~$4K at the dealer)

I got mine from the dealer for $1690 then brought it to a body shop that I know. They charged me $800 painted/installed so the total is $2500. Not bad.

Some people just have the front (member mvfra) and like me, I just have the sides and front. Its more economical to buy all 3 together if thats what you plan to do in the long run, but you can buy the parts in sections. Be prepared to spend about $1200 on the front though as thats the most expensive piece.

Also to save money you can install yourself as its not that hard if you know anything about cars.

I would have to agree though, the M-Tech is one mod that I COULD NOT do without, well worth it!

That's what I'm getting it for and what my friend's shop is charging.

Half the price parts, painted and install
