I received my M tech body kit yesterday, opened the boxes and found that the bumpers have the bigger holes for the LCI model park sensors. I got the impression from my reading on here that the bumpers would have the smaller sized holes, like my current bumper. Emailed my dealer and he says it's the right kit - but additional parts are required. I guess adapters. Anyone come across this?

LCI PDC holes will be smaller compared to the preLCI. easiest way to also tell the difference ins that the LCI mtech front has long rectangular reflectors on each side of the bumper, and the preLCI mtech front does not have any.

I'm concerned that I might not have the right bumpers because the holes for the park sensors are much bigger than I thought they would be. I haven't taken my std bumper apart yet but if the sensor includes the surround ring on my current bumper, then this would fit the new bumper - but the finished M tech bumper would have two "rings" around the sensor - is that how it's supposed to be? Photos may explain this better....

you have the right kit and part number.
and the mtech does have a second ring around the pdc holes. when you remove your old pdc, the ring is part of the sensor, so when you put it on your new bumper, you'll have 2 rings. basically, your sensors are 22m, and the hole on the mtech is 22, so you're good.

And thanks for the pic. I (unsuccessfully) searched the gallery last night looking for a pic like that after my last post!

i had my kit painted first, and then i installed it. since it is oem, i dont think you'll have any fitment issues. mine fit perfectly.
if you have any other questions, just ask since i just installed my kit and its fresh in my mind.

just gather all the right pieces to get them painted....
bumpers
sideskirts
front and rear tow hook cover
headlight washer covers
the lower valance on the rear bumper, you get two in the kit, one for a hitch, the other without
license plate bracket
