edit: You don't need any modification if you get a right steering wheel + airbag for your car. In steering wheel business, the 09/2005 is the landmark. The structure of the steering wheel is slightly different between pre- and post 09/2005 cars.

As Anzafin said, ti depends on the build date of your car. If it's post 09/2005 then the 08 wheel should be fine, but if it's pre-09/2005 it will take much more modification.
