OK, how about $29.99 for the labor. You guy will pay for shipping/handling and paypal fee.
If you have parts, send it to me and I'll make it for you, too.
Please PM me and let me know

Someone might be curious how much this project cost:
7 connectors: $14
26 pin/contact $50
74LS chips $2
board $2
Shift Knob $180 (too expensive) since I bought the panel, too. What a waste. I should've bought shift knob only. Cheaper.
Labor - 10 hours of development time

Hi my530i!
I have already the M5 knob and panel, and as you say It doesn?t fit 100%, but I would be very interested in getting the light indicator to work, could you please make a Wiring drawing, I have some skills in make soldering by my self? But I don?t use the original panel so I think it?s a bit different than yours!

Of course if they transmission fail, dealer will point to this first.
When I have time, I'll make a drawing and writing.
I like M5 cosmetic stuffs, but not M5 low torque engine at all.
Yes. I'll update my signature pic when I have my M5 SMG paddles install this weekend.

There was no 550i around Bay Area with SMG on the lot
==================
One more thing, folks, that the light dim can be adjusted accordingly with interior light dimmer.

Hi Guys,
I love a lot of things about M5 except its low low-end torque engine which makes me never think that M5 will be my future/dream car. However, I love its 166 wheel, mirror, rear bumper (front M-tek kit bumper is better), steering wheel with paddles, and shift knob.
I wanted to add 166 wheel, mirror, steering wheel with paddles and shift knob to my previous 530i, but I found it too wimpy and not worth to add anything else. I then traded in for 550i and, to be honest, this is my best car ever and it's the one that I'm looking for. It's totally worthwhile for me to add some M5 mods.
I have M5 steering wheel, paddles, and airbag ready, except airbag mouting plate (on order). Once I have it, I'll retrofit my all time favorite M5 SMG Paddle Shift kit. But, for now, I retrofit M5 shift knob on my 550i Steptronic.

It's useless to mine as I have manual gearbox, but anyway, I love your mods!!
