Is the M kit front bumper lower than stock bumper?

It is definitely lower. I can't drive up a slight incline in my parking bay without scrapping the M Sport spoiler, whereas with the stock front bumper I had no clearance issues. My guess is that it is a good 15-25mm lower.

It is a lot lower.
