My Ride: I have a 2007 Black Sapphire BMW 530i with SMG. It has the auburn interior, has PDC, Sports Package, Premium Package, rear automatic sunshades with manual side sunshades, 35% black tint, Upgraded angeleyes from Angelibrights, and Logic 7 Sound System
Model Year: 2007
Default

So I purchased some 20 inch miro time attack wheels and was going to install them...but them noticed that the lug nuts would look weird and disrupt my blacked out them. I was wondering, should I just paint my lug nuts black or can I purchase them from somewhere? Thanks in advance...

My Ride: 07 BMW 525i Premium Package, Xenon Lighting Package, manual Transmission. Titanium Grey, 20% Tint around the back, 70% V-Kool on front. Planned mods: Style 71 wheels with Toyo Proxy 4 tires, Sachs suspension upgrade, upgraded stereo, and many more to come.

Another option is to get these little bolt caps that is dark gray, I believe they were used on Audis and should be available at the Audi dealer for $1 each. When I changed out my wheels, my shop has some for me and that's what he told me. It's just dark gray plastic that slips over the bolt.

Or try to bring some black bolts online. Does the OEM bolts not long enough for the new wheels?

You can purchase black lug covers from Bavauto.com. I've had mine a year and they look nice.

I order all my black lugnuts from TurnerMotorSports. They arrive the next day too, since they up north in MA. They have all lengths too, in case you're using spacers. I have standard, 10mm, 12mm and 15mm black bolts for the various wheels I use for each season and the multiple spacers I use for each of these set-ups.

Well, mine already were black, but a bit faded and had a couple of scratches after I had installed the new wheels. The covers were only about $20 for the set, and snap right onto the 17mm lug head. Comes with a little tool to pop them off. What's so funny about that?
