Looking for pedal plates for a 04 545i SMG

Hey All,
Anyone know where I can pick up a nice set of pedal plates for a 04' 545i SMG E60 preferrably (three pedal plates one for the foot rest, one for the brake and one for the gas).

You can get authentic Hamann or ACS pedals, they make the footrest as well. Dinan does not make a foot rest. You can also get the ones on eBay that are ACS replicas; some have ACS logos some has ///M logos.
RDSport, Kelleners and Hartge also make pedals.
Another alternative is http://www.ultimatepedals.com/ where you have different options to design your own set.
