Does anyone know if there is a keyhole cover for the driver door or the trunk of a 2008 e60? I've done a few google searches and only found stuff for other BMWs. I will rarely use the key, so I'd like to cover up the exposed keyholes.

Because he has a magic button on the fob that opens the doors so little use for the key .

I've not had to use my key yet, as is probably the case for most people.

As for the trunk key hole cover use the M5 trunk finisher and it covers that key hole.

For the driver's door. What you can do is buy a RHD passenger door handle and replace your driver's side.

I'd be too scared to do that .. What if for some reason my key fob fails?

Yeah, I was thinking of something a little more temporary.

Regarding the trunk finisher I thought those only fit pre-LCI cars?

I just thought of something, if I put one of those little inserts in I would not be able to lock the door with my comfort access since you have to touch that area of the keyhole. I don't think there is any solution that would work around this (other than using the fob directly instead of CA, which I don't want to do). Oh well.

Still interested in thoughts about trunk finishers on a 2008 car...
