The finish added between the spokes has an unusual luster. What is the commercial name of the material? Might it be available in different colors...similar to the body paint colors or even contrasted to them like red or yellow?
I have seen mylar foil with diffraction patterns in it that make a metallic flake paint look dull in comparison. Perhaps there are similar materials such as these one can use to accent small recesses found around the body to individualize the car?

I have used stainless steel tape in the past to accent some features of other cars and individualize them. Your approach looks better.
