Hello all,

Almost time for my car to be returned and putting on winter wheels so figured it was good time to remove my wheel spacers. I had installed 10mm H&R spacers on my rear wheels and used plenty of anti-seize at the time. Tried to take them off today and they are stuck. Attempted typical flat head and hammer but nothing. Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

You make sure there is no brake cleaner on the breaks when you hit them with the torch. If you heat that stuff up, it turns into a gas real quick and can kill you. No joke.

Happy to have contributed the prior answer on the other link.

This has actually worked for me when I have had a tough screw to remove.

The torch actually causes the area to expand, which causes the sticky stuff to loosen.
