I have a 520d 2008 E60 with runflat tyres.
I try to find a lifting jack for my car!
Is a lifting jack for E39 compatible with the E60 series?
Thank's for your help.

bdkinnh,
Here in Europe, we generally don't get jacks/spare wheels etc - they have to be purchased extra.
zoulou,
Can't help you with the E39 compatibility, but I use a jack from a Vauxhall (Opel) Carlton (or Vectra/Omega) - cut down the plastic head to suit the E60 sill socket.

You'll find the lifting areas by looking underneath your car from the side.
At least on my pre-LCI's the places where marked in the skirt with a arrowhead.
Front lifting place is rear of the wheel on each side
Rear lifting place is front of the wheel on each side
I would go to the nearest garage and loan a hydraulic jack.

I have been looking for a jack too, my thoughts are an e39 will fit - this is what I'm doing , however I have no confirmation.
I was also looking at some of the later e46 jack as they look similar.
