Hey guys. Just want to make sure on something. License plate LEDs are legal correct? Also, who has the best ones? (no errors and good fitment)

Yes, legal..as lexus's and even bmw e92's and e93's come with them standard. IMO, OEM LED's ae the best...just need to get some adapter cables to get them to work....

I got THESE but I don't know how well they work since they are still in the mail right now...

When I was at the BMW meet in Miami another member had the same bulbs and they looked great and worked without errors. I am sorry, I forgot his member name...

some of ours, some people have gotten an error with them but only on startup, then nothing to worry about.

those bulbs work good as well...I had those before I went OEM...no error codes with the bulbs from trinity either on my e60...and Trinity is great to deal with :thumbsup:

Tho, I get an error in the right one, sometimes it stays for a few mins, but usually it goes within 10 seconds.

I have a set of cables that plug into the OEM LED license plate for $20, PM if you are intrested. I had them on my car for 9 months and still works with no Error on Idrive.

they are not illegal as long as it's white. I have ones for sale. No error messages. Lemme know,. Thanks!
