LED turn signals

My Ride: 2006 530xi (Titanium Grey/ Black interior) Debaged, L.e.d. light upgrade throughout. ACS roof spoiler. H&R sport sprigs, Angel eye upgrade, euro sticker, ,matte black grills.
I just ordered led turn signals for my e60 but i doesn't seem to light up. I figured i can put resistors like my license plate lights but that didnt work.
any advise???

CF Wheel caps
LEDs only work one way round, as Joe said flip it around!

Its a round, 1 pin light.. Like the brake light. Not a wedge...
I ordered them from super lumination.com
It has about 15 leds per bulb.

Rear but im assuming the front are the same bulbs
