Mike, I want a set -- how much?

Hey frank, the resistors are cheap from radio shack. Like $1-$2 dollars. And the bulbs, which I'm in the process of buying new ones are like $17-$20 on eBay. I see a set of 25 smd LEDs on eBay. Looks extra bright, better than what I got now. If u want I can email u the steps. It's such a simple project, anyone can do it.

not at all. My method Is similar to my turn signal way. By drilling a small hole into the bulb housing, I routed the wire into the plus and minus power. I soldered them on so it will never lose contact. Also I used 16 gauge wire so the resistor can stay in any position u put it. And now it's just plug in and pull out. I am thinking about taking sort the tails to do the turn signal but it seems like a lot of work.

I have LCI tails, so yes, it'll work. Since I see you have a 2005 545i with Bruce Miranda cables.

Thing is, the bulbs I have are pretty dim compared to stock. The 25 SMD LED bulb I put on the post would probably be much more brighter, I have to wait to see. I'll let you guys know. It just looks so much cooler than amber. LOL
