So I bought the interior light upgrade from John (brabus). Great mod, I love it! Thank you John!!!!!

Install was pretty straightforward. No issues until the second to last bulb upgrade - the upper trunk bulb, I broke the clip off the the lens cover - the clear rectangular piece that you can see. Broke the one side clip off, now the whole fixture hangs down from the trunk lid.

Is this the right piece (No.'s 3 and or 4 on the attached RealOEM.com link?) to replacee that lens cover??? http://www.realoem.com/bmw/showparts...29&hg=63&fg=30

U can use some electrical tape and tape it up. Or take one from a loaner . Or part number 63316962039. Should cost about $12 or so. Electrical tape works. U never see it anyway. Just swap the upper to the lower.

On second though ... use the tape solution
