Sanj? I have searched the BMW ETK for you and found part no.s relevant to a December 2007 LCI 530D.
Light control module :- 61 35 9 153 273 this takes into account Bi-xenon and adaptive lights.
Light control module :- 61 35 9 153 272 this takes into account Bi-xenon's only.
Can`t seam to find the cable set though, let me know if you need any other part no.s.

My Ride: 2008 550I LOADED, all options except HUD and NV
Contact member Brabusw209amg (John) he did this, it was VERY expensive and a lot of bugs - took him like 4 weeks and several dealer visits to get them to work right.

Hey guy's thank's for all the replie's,look's like this is a pain in the ass to do so might just leave it for now and focus on doing my M5 front conversion, such a shame as the LCI headlight's look sick.

Sanj, it's no pain in the ass anymore mate. Latest install pdf posted above indicating the correct wire sequence, works. Light module and software update and you're set.
