no extra charges, it was a standard e-bay transaction/paypal purchase. It took about 7 days to the US, then they sat at the USPS ISC(customs/sorting) in NY for some time, then a few days to get to me. I paid on 11-24, they shipped the next day and i got them on 12-13.

Looks like mine were made in spain also. Oh, and not only was the box crushed, but it had been wet also! But the lights inside were perfect!
