I have the V3 and do think the rods are a bit dim. Wasn't sure if it was the color of my car. Hmm....maybe I'll upgrade to V4.

Houbmw, I would be very grateful if you can post pictures of the cables themselves and then also how your car looks from the back after you install the lights. Because my PC is still a mess connection a camera to it is simply out of the question. Hope you were satisfied with the speed of shipping etc.

just installed them and all I can say is WOW Bruce, great job, I will post pictures later on tonight. I took pictures during the day, but the camera sucks so you can't really see the rods that good. But in person, they look great, it is just because the camera is bad that it looks blurred up. i will take better pictures in the evening and I will post asap.

hey bruce, so i finally got somebody to sit in the car so i can see the lights on start up and there is an initial strobing, very very minimal for like 3 sec when you first start up the car when you have it on the light setting. When you put it on automatic setting, then there is no problem. Other than that, everything is nice.

The Strobing is on the Light Rods only on the OFF position of the Lights switch, any other position and you'll be OK. I asked many many people and they said that most often they have this switch on the AUTO positon and so you get no strobing at all. I could add a Non Strobe circuit for the LED Rods as well but the cost is already much higher than people would like to spend on cables. Adding more components would just put the price up for no apparent reasons.

The Turn LEDs will not strobe on any position because it has the StrobeFree circuit added to it and that was important because not only was there strobing on Start up but also once every 5 mins or so which needed to be removed.

Glad you like the cables.
