LCI halogen headlight conversion

My Ride: 07 525 i sport/navi
im curious, has anyone done a straight halogen pre lci(2007) to lci headlight swap? if so, will i run into many problems or is it an easy swap(plug and play)? any advice or ideas will help b/c i plan to tackle this w/ a friend sunday..and yes i used the search but its all for people w/ xenon and adaptive and i have neither

I have not seen a thread on a straight halogen to halogen swap from pre LCI to LCI...I am sure some knowledgeable members will chime in...GL with this, keep us posted

one thing you could do is cmpare the owners manuals of a 2008 e60 versus your year and check the bulb/lamp section for bulbs w's and types...
manuals can be found here..

thanks, i got eric who has been more than helpful and has saved my ass in many occasions. as far as the headlights i got them ready to be swapped. so ill let you know if its succesful or if i run into any problems..thanks

LCI headlights look much better. What functions are not working and you have to reflash LCM?
