It should, my 2005 545 has it. Its at the base of backrest where it meets the seat , 2 on either side.

Using it in my '04 as we speak. Works like a charm.

There was in my 04. All you need to do is locate where the back seat meets the rear end seat and feel around. There should be a couple solid metal hooks to connect your baby seat too, as well as a hook under the windshield to secure the top, if it's a toddler seat.
