Hey guys,
Those of you with KW v2 coilovers, or any KW coilover for that matters, did you guys remove the helper springs at the front axle? I heard doing so will give more clearance to the front tires? I have to run at least 10mm spacers on the front (18x8 ET20), and I'm looking to buy a new set of rims, which has the same offset as my stock wheels, but wider (19x9 ET20), which will have even less clearance to the strut housing. I heard the helper spring does nothing but keep the spring rate constant, and removing them will have no influence on handling or comfort. Has any of you done this?
Thanks
