Ok I was surfing on German KW site and decided to share some info here.
I remember that someone deplored a time ago how there's no KW Variant 3 set available for normal E60, only M5. But this is not correct. And V3 is available for X models too!
Here you can compare and see the differents:
- Street Comfort:
You can find this all here by yourself:
- Street Comfort
- Variant 2
- Variant 3
And more exact info:
KW Coilovers for E60
You can find T?V documents + installation instructions from here too.
Maybe you all were already aware of these things, just wanted to collect some info

I had the Variant 3's on my E46, were awesome both on track and on the road, even the wife did not complain after coming from stock worn out SE "OEM" suspension, yes you do get the bobble bounce on some roads, yes the occasional bump does transmit into the cabin, but its all well controlled and not harsh, this was combined with a full polly bush kit from front to rear, so as harsh as its likely ever to be.
I would personaly say the Street Comfort kit or Variant 2 kit would be more suiting to the style of the E60 unless you deterimind to have a racey feeling car - all just IMHO having had the V3's
