HE OFER THE BEST DEAL( QUALITY OF PAINT AND PRICE)..COMPARE WITH MY ASSHOLES DEALER FROM CAPE COD MASS...THEY HAVE THE MOST EXPENSIVE PRICES ON EVERY BMW OEM PARTS...
Waitaminute.. You ordered and pre-paid in full for something last year, that you are just now starting to see parts trickle in for.
....and your local dealer is an "Asshole" because he wanted more money than what you paid? I'm willing to bet that the dealer has a store where you could actually go into, and talk to them face-to-face if you had a problem. I'm also willing to bet your dealer could've got you the parts/kit whatever, a lot sooner than 6 months. "Getting what you pay for" comes to mind.
In this case it looks like you only had e-mail as a way of communicating, and I'm assuming you're way past your credit card's typical 60-days past your statement date for disptuting policy. Essentially you gave up $2200 with no real expectation of ever getting it back if the deal went sideways. That's either really brave, or really stupid. I wouldn't give someone I don't know or have ever seen that much money. I would've most certainly disputed the charge with my CC company before the 60-day mark came. Pretty big gamble on your part.
I hope this works out for you.

the bOdy shop that dealer sent me to wants 3500$!!!!for kit+paint+instalation..or 1700 just for paint+instalation!!!! they are asshole...because they treat you for what car you drive NOT by the charge book(you know the one that give prices for the parts and instalation time/per hour)

and the other shops same prices...(

I WENT WITH TONY BECAUSE OF THE BEST REVIEWS ON THIS FORUM for 2007 AND FOR THE BEST PRICE HE OFFER....BUT AS YOU SEE TOOK LONGER THEN USUSAL....

SO I WILL GIVE TONY A SECOND CHANCE TO PROVE HE IS A REAL PROFESONIST...AND he WILL SEND ME AS HE PROMIS THE REST OF THE PARTS NEXT WEEK...

WILL SEE!!

Please stop with the caps.

Also dealers can be expensive, and since you are going to a dealer in a High priced market (Cape Cod) you should expect to pay threw the nose. Should have done some more research before ordering or getting it painted , I sure you could find another body shop that does quality work that is cheaper , ask around , or ask your insurance agent.

I picked up the phone book made some calls, and talked with a couple long time residents of the area to get some advice Before I ordered any parts that needed to be painted. My local BMW dealer wanted $500 for a M5 spoiler painted and installed, I ordered it from Gery and took it to a good body shop and it ended up costing me $350 all together.
