There is a slight different, the Real Hartge has Shaper lines than the rep. That's about it... Am I the only one that sees that?

Sorry if I'm being a pain, i just want someone to help my vision.

First of all I would like to thank Pete aka 525iSE for setting the whole group buy for the splitter. Mike for letting me pick up the splitter when it was so late in the evening. Ok, enough talk, here are some pictures!

Very nice. I can't wait to get mine. Thanks for sharing the pix. Please show us some more with the entire car.

Anyway, I noticed that your fog covers are painted, just like mine. Did you do that on purpose? I didn't. The dealer just did it. Even though people said they should be black/unpainted, I actually started to like the way they look.

Mike - It may be just the angle of the shots taken. It should look more compatible from a distance and more leveled angle, I believe. Lets wait and see for more shots from him.

What's up with this part???

Are you sure they mounted this correctly? Shouldn't it be flush? If that's how this replica was made to look, not a huge fan at all. Not sure why they wouldn't make it look flush. Would be so much cleaner looking. Just too bulky.

I should have my authentic Hartge splitter in by the end of the week, it was shipped from Brea Cali. on Friday. Once I get it installed I'll take a ton of pics and we can compare. So far I think the rep. looks great, but like C' said above that one piece does look a bit bulky, but definately a great buy for $375 shipped! Can't wait to see all the others!

No, you're right -- I think that's the key point is that at some points across the splitter, the authentic one may be sharper around the edges. I still like 'em.

Looks just like the real deal to me!

EDIT: The lines do look sharper and more crisp on the real, but for less than half the price I'm ok with that.

I think you are comparing It to the m5 hartge splitter. If u see the original mtech hartge, it has similar features.
