it comes with all the parts except the brake ducts.
It has the guides on the bumper, it's a simple reskin with all the necessary parts associated with it: mesh, headlight washer covers, tow cover, mesh for fog area.
You do not need any other parts to install, though other parts may be useful for a complete finished install.

Others may be curious as well, but can you clarify what "other parts" may be useful for a complete finished install?

Thanks

+2. i can speak for myself that i've been holding out so far because i haven't heard from umnitza a definite answer to what extra parts is or not required for the front bumper. just patiently waiting for fellow members to install their parts and give their take on it. c'mon umnitza..., let us in on the big secreat and additional sale(s) will be flowing your way!!

This post does clarify what you would need to make it work if you wanted to go completely OE on the parts - though they are definitely unnecessary as the original poster of this thread has indicated.

definetly not doubting the original poster at all because he's the first to paint/install it and it looks awesome! i just need some concrete clarification because i have heard conflicting answers of yes/no'to the brake ducts. don't want to buy anything unnecessary right now.

Is it simply the brake ducts?

I finally had time to take some pics of my car with the umnitza mtech front and side skirts. I picked up the front and sides from umnitza last thursday and after a long night on friday, I finished painting it. The quality of the bumper and sides where great and the fitment was perfect. The rear is coming next with a acs rear diffuser, havent had time to get to that yet. Overall I am very pleased with the outcome. Heres some pics I took
