My e60 is sapphire black and it is in a very very bad condition due to not taking care for 2 years....

detailing shop offered me paint restoration that can restore to 90% like new... sounds promising...

but seeing the pictures in the forum..jet black ride looks soo evil

my question is.. if you were me..will u spend on paint restoration... or spend 5x the amount of money to repaint the whole car + getting more evil look

buy a new car and get it in jet black. it will never look the same, even with a repaint. jet black rules!

Anyway you can have it polished and buffed to restore the original paint shine?

yes repaint is NEVER as good as factory, no matter how nice and shiny they look for 5 mins after coming out from the body shop.....
