interior Cigarette smell..

My Ride: Navy 550I
Can anybody tell me how I can get the cigarette smell out? I bought the vehicle like that, and months later after I tried everything when ever someone new comes into the vehicle the first thing they say is "It Smells Like Smoke". I hate it someone please give some answers..

i just smoke everywhere else, that way i dont notice it when i get in my car!

Ozone generator! I rented one and the smell is gone. I tried everything before resorting to this step wth no success. Ozone worked like a charm! Do a google search, there is an online company that mails one to your door.
