Hey everyone,
I ordered a pair of CF spoilers from JBSPEED a few week ago and they came in (with tracking number great packing and fast shipping), I got around to installing them this weekend. The fitment was good but not perfect, which I guess is expected from replica spoilers (I was also warned by JBSPEED). All in all I'm very pleased with the product and the fitment and results. The carbon weave looks great on the spoilers no imperfections with that, the roof spoiler looks great and blends into the tinted window very well the trunk spoiler is taking a little getting used too.
Here are some pics of the install and post install.
Heres the spoilers and 2 packs of betalink, which is the adhesive that bmw dealers use to install body moldings like spoilers. Its very strong and removable using the cleaner that is provided in the package (unlike other adhesives used by some body shops that are more permanent)
was warned by tech at dealer that I don't need too much glue as its really potent stuff
used lots of masking tape to make sure spoilers didn't lift while glue was curing
trying to show that fitment is straight and flat after glueing, betalink worked like a charm the spoilers are on there very strong.
All in all I'm quite happy hopefully the trunk spoiler color contrast grows on me some more. Thanks again to JBSPEED, for a good product at a great price.

Anyway, I'd use painter's tape (the blue masking tape) instead of regular masking tape. That's just me.

Lets get some full body shots of that car that way we can see how it flows with the rims and the entire look! Install looks really good, congrats on that. Where did you get the betalink stuff? I used 3m double sided tape and after awhile it started to come loose in some areas....
Like the roof spoiler, the trunk spoiler is a little different. Have to wait to make my judgement on that when i see full body pics! Glad you like it Curtis!

I'm out of town this week so hopefully I can get some full body shots next weekend. I got the betalink from the dealership (make sure they don't try to sell you expired stuff though, they have expiration dates)

I don't believe you had enough tape there... Great job!
