I mounted my 166 wheels today... I only have 500 miles on the car..the original bolts on the 17 are loose..damn.. well anyways thanks to JTP1947 for the lead, i paid about $2K for the set, they are OEM..
The general UHP are quiet, very surprising, ride is awesome thanks to Mike I checked out the rating on tirerack..

here are some pics..car still dirty, I'll try to wake up tomorrow and bring it to Santana Row

Haha... That's generally the consensus when people slap on 166s. It needs to be lowered.

Eibach Springs - 1.2 drop all around. Closest ride to stock.
HR Spring - 1.3 front and 1.2 rear. A little bit more aggressive when it comes to comfort, but is the most popular on the board.

HR Coilovers - Stiff suspension and could be intolerable for some. Benefit is adjustable height. Expensive as well.

Looks great, but lower the beast and it'll be perfect.

I installed 166's on my e60 and I really don't feel that there's any need for lowering.

Aside from yourself, 99% of the population won't be able to tell (or give a flying f@ck if you lower your car). If it's ENTIRELY for yourself then that's another story.

Go to your iDrive and click the center. Go to somewhere in car setting and you can reset your TPM.

Looking good!

Dropping the car really does make all the difference in terms of looks. Your car right now looks like my car. Definitely go for the drop ASAP, as will I when words drops if there will be Dinan xi springs or not.

I agree - I went au natural without new springs or spacers and I'm fine with the look.

You have the sport package, so you are a little bit lower already. Alex is riding on stock.
