there is a DIY in this forum, just one advice have lots of patience on each wheel... got mine done this weekend in a shop and it almost took 3 hours for 3 guys to remove the old spring and install the new ones... and also i got some new rotors installed as well

Pulled the trigger on the H&R springs with the Koni Yellows

Wanted to get the FSD's but after doing my share of research concluded that the FSD's should not be used with H&R, then can however be used with Eibach

Lets see how my install goes, will try go take pictures, wish me luck
