HAHAH! You know your Mountain View neighborhood pretty damn good Sam.. I was leaving your shop heading back to San Jose and still had to pickup my daughter from kindergarten. I knew by the time I got back to SJ the sun would be going down, so I had to get a few shots when there was still some decent sunlight.. so I pulled into the parking lot with the Starbucks on Rengstorff before jumping on Central Expressway
Damn. You take central all the way to the end in Santa Clara? Does it really save that much time compared to jumping on 101?

Hey Sam - Central is a less-punishing commute than 101. Next time you're sitting in traffic on 101, take a look at the size of the cracks on the freeway - it's brutal! Also, stay away from the #2 lane on 101 Northbound before the De La Cruz exit, there appears to be a series (of the ends) of rebar (sp?) sticking out of the freeway - it looks to be about a 1/4 inch of the rebar sticking up from the road.

...anyhow, now Fiel's got me thinking about changing out my ACS splitters too

Fiels a trend setter. I say change them.

As for the freeway, good thing Im only on 101 for about 2 miles before I jump onto 237 to head home.
