idrive ccc e60 (the computer screen not opening - the second right screen
 

hello guys, i have e60 2006 with ccc idrive. the navigation screen (right side window ) is not opening anymore also the navigation when selected goes black screen. but everything else is working great radio- climate -communication-and the info middle button screen. i have disconnected the battery and reconnected again and nothing. also all fuses are ok !!! what is the problem and how i can open the computer screen .or journey computer screen . the right side screen it can not be selected and also the navigation not working
