I Drive Screen Distortion

I'm having a problem with distortion on my I Drive screen. It's getting worst as the screen is starting to flicker occassionally. It was fine until I brought it to the dealer for service (they did a CIP update as well) and when I got it back the video on the screen has been having issues ever since. Its like line noise in the video.
I have the Nav TV unit; when you shut it off the video garbles before shutting down but this is a coomon occurance according to previous posts. I was wondering if this is a conflict that has taken its toll over time. Does anyone have this issue who has the unit from Dominic installed? I'm going to pull the unit and take it in for service in a few days.

Do you have anything hooked up to the Navtv unit? You might want to go back in and check to see if all the connections are plugged in securely. If all else fails you can call Dominic. He's pretty good about troubleshooting over the phone.

I asked Dominic about it and he was puzzled as well but couldn't do much without a pic. Unfortunately I can't capture the distortion in a photo. I'll let the dealer fix it. Thanks for your input.
