i saw a couple set of M5 wheels, i don't know the different offset of these 2 set. which on can be installed on e60 530i? any know? i need help

first set is front (2x 8,5 x 19 ET 12) and rear (2x 9,5 x 19 ET 28) and
the second set is front (8,5 x 19 Zoll ET 12) and rear (9,5 x 19 Zoll ET 17)

they are two offset for the rear wheel? is it should be ET 17 or ET 28? anyone know? which one do you preferred? in the future i might have a BBK kit. so any recommended? thanks guy

i have had both - i prefer the et17 because you save yourself the spacer...

the et28 was made for the m5, the et17 is made for the m6. The et17 implies the et28+11mm spacers..

check out my photos for the e60 and e61 of examples with and without spacers and with the different offsets...

both will fit. as rysed said, one was made for the M5, and the other for the M6. if you look back on some threads, member vegastrashed had 166s with rear offset ET28, then put on 12mm spacers to make them flushed with the fender. with the other wheels with offset of ET17, you wouldnt need spacers since the wheels would be flushed with the fender already with the lower offset.
