I thought there was a DIY for removing the rear deck panel and speakers, but I can't seem to the correct topic using the search function.
Any help is gladly appreciated.

I have terrible sequels and scratches coming from the panel and I think I need to put some silicone somewhere in there

How about this:

The speakers in the rear deck panel are simple; just clip the grille off and you can access the speakers.
