Surely not less than EUR 10k .

Beginning from the end...

Dension Gateway500: ?400
M5 cluster : ?450
New final drive ratio, parts only : ?650
Mmmm... I prefer to don't continue

Best mods ?
About in-car entertainment .. The Dension.
About dynamics.. The Quaife! (we are 3 members on the board with it and I have been the first)

I bring it strong. Resisting the urge (so far...) to mod... much.

1. Acquired car with M6 knockoffs.
2. Tinted windows 35% sides, 20% rear $189.00
3. Removed 530i badge $0.00
4. M5 iDrive Knob $80.00
5. Hamann Splitter w/OEM bumper $depends upon NerWeeZy... I'm waiting for price.

Total thus far: $269 !

We are truly small potatoes. A very good friend of mine runs track days with a 996 TT, he has a buddy that is ate up with cars, and track days.

The buddy has :

2006 GT2 (or 3, can't remember) he wrote a check for, and dumped another $60K into it.

2008 Z06 he wrote a check for, and dropped the brand new car at LG Motorsports, where he dumped another $70K into it.

Now that is a mod budget !!!! I wanna' be that guy.

Approx. $7,500+ Still have some more mods to go. After I hit $8,000, I'm done.

Thats what they all say....

The act not modding your E60: I can not be done. If you try, a black whole will appear where your car is. Wouldn't want that to happen now would we? Keep modding - unless you want your car to be swallowed by a black hole....
