I agree with your thinking. I also respect the fact that you followed the Dinan philosophy of being understated. Everytime I go there, I think my car is the "flashiest" and I kinda feel out of place...haha. The only visible mod for most cars there are the Dinan wheels but I'm sure quite a few of them got superchargers under the hood that would blow my car away.

BTW, I was wondering how come you didn't get their suspension?
Hey there!

Again, nothing to feel bad about or even out of place. Some folks like things hot. Others not so hot, but it's all good any way you slice.

Speaking of preferences and understated looks, I even applied those BMW roundel emblem covers over my Dinan wheel centercovers (is that what you call them?). Again, in keeping with a totally stock appearance. So, aside from the Dinan logo embossed over their exhaust, everything is pretty much incognito on my overall external setup. Most people at first glance would think I'm stock and I like that.

Regarding the Dinan suspension pack, I'm actually more than happy with the current stock/sports pack setup. The overall drive and handling is mighty sweet already. With my upgraded wheels, camber plates and strut bar up front, coupled with my relatively granny way of driving anyway (okay, I admit it's true), my current setup is probably 'more' car than I could ever need or use.

This said, watch me pull the trigger one day and get that sublime Dinan setup with the JRZ dampers. Ha ha. What a hypocrite.

Isn't the 'itch' of modding fabulous??? You got to love it.

BEST REGARDS ALWAYS
