Terrible roads man. Took one wrong street and it was over. I mean I couldn't even go over a speed bump. This was the lowest I had it. Raised it up after a while to what it is now.

That's messed up boss, well it depends which way you want to go from here.

The way I see it if you don't want to put a front lip back on then you should leave it the way it was when the unfortunate mishap happened. Because the lip is what put you over the top(or the drop depending if you want a lip), it would not have touched the bottom of the bumper as you can see from the damage inflicted only on the lip. My car(as close at gets) does not touch on the biggest of school speed bumps I may encounter.

So if you liked it at the height it was then you would have to sacrifice not having a front lip like me, if you'd rather have it a little lifted then just slap another lip on & your good to go.

Basically the lip is about an inch and half of ground clearance(from a slammed perspective) which you lost now plus you raised it about another inch to inch and half, hence your car is now anywhere from 2 & a half - 3 inches higher.

Point being regardless I think you should still go a little lower the way it sits now with no lip, but of course that all depends on your future mods/plans.

just saying

I honestly love the height of my ride now because I don't compromise my driving habits. I'm actrually going to put it up for sale soon.

My shameless pics. I've raised it twice.
Yeah...raised it cause my wife use it more often now to drop my son at school.

I remember being inspired by Tarhee's (I think that's right) car when I first got mine haha.

Here's mine. Not super slammed, but with my setup, there is literally no room to go lower. The paint on the inner edge of my front wheels is gone from rubbing with my coilover struts!

Recently lowered by coils another 1/2 inch. Not slammed but pretty low for a e60

This is the lowest I'd go with the set up without having to worry about the front lip gets ripped.
