How to lower down my E61?

Hey - the german again 
I need help, to lower down my E61. Today i?ve installed this pretty Styling 172 rims ...
But the car looks like an Offroader ...
I have the DIS / GT1 System on may Laptop, can anybody give me an how to for lowering my car with the software?

I know you need to reset the zero point in the rear for the air suspension but I paid the tech guy to do it. Not sure about the steps.
