How do you set up WIS?

My Ride: 2004 545i, BMW Stainless Steel Pedals, #166 Rims
I bought WIS off ebay and it came with no instructions for setting it up for the BMW. I'm assuming it a waste, hence ebay stuff, but does anyone have any ideas how to set it up? I've done a browse though the discs and did not find any setup.exe comands.
