I know some members like nixdorf have opened up their LCI tails for various mods like switching out the LEDs to white for the turn signals. i have a cool idea in mind, but im not sure how to open up the LCI tails. Do you cut them open with a dremel tool? i just did my orions and am comfy doing that, but before i go through all that, im wondering if there is an easier way? (baking them, prying them in a certain area, cutting them with a blade like the eyebrows on headlights, etc?)

well, i spent last sunday at my local dealership looking at the F10 lights and the subtle differences btwn them and the LCI E60....i found some inspiration there, but i dont want to ruin a taillight in my pursuits lol....so i dare not say what i have in mind yet, you guys may think its silly, but if it works, it will def be cool...

Sorry, I spelled his name wrong, nigxdoof is the member's name I was referencing. He opened his taillights to swap out the LEDs from red to white...looks good, but not what I'm going for. Either way I need to get them open....

im thinking about trying the baking method. perhaps 7 or 8 minutes at roughly 200 degrees to loosen up the glue around the outer edge then using a blade to separate? thoughts?
