I really want to do this but I have no shop or lift. I do not know anyone with this and do not know of a place in the city that does this. How else can you do this? I assume you have to get all 4 wheels off and leave them painted and dry for awhile. Any tips to do it ?

a quick search will get you a few threads with info and pics...pretty simple tho...

Pick some caliper paint from your local auto shop>remove tire, jack up the car>sand down the calipers with metal brush to clear debri and rust>newspaper to cover all others aside from the caliper (like the rotors)> spray and move on....

Just get onto a level surface and do one wheel at a time with the supplied jack.
