IMO, that color would look good on a low-rider/classic american car like a '64 Impala, not an M5....

I think it looks good. I'm always a fan of something different and the Merlot paint job. The things that make this car tacky are the painted over roudels, red wheels and the painted M5 emblem.

My camera skillz do the car no justice. The paint in person looks very oem ish. Like a better looking 96 impala ss.The paint job was so flawless that the only clue it was a repaint (for those who don't know by color options) is the painted trim pieces. But the color would definitely look hotter on an e36 M3.
