High beams with auto anti blinding but legal?

came across this:

which includes auto-shut off if someone is blinded, like the optional feature on the BMW.
no idea if this is legal to use though,
maybe good to not connect it to the car's high beams but to a separate 'get out of my lane' button.......

As to legality, it would seem to be OK, as long as the Rayzer light isn't blinding someone else. A dark, lonely, empty road needs as much light as possible.

Interesting for sure....not convinced it's not going to bother other driver's though at that height. Guess if they are only on during high beam use - it wouldn't be an issue. As far as fitment, not sure that would fit over/around the "mirror pod" that's already in that space on my 2008

Here the law says you cannot add additional lights on the the stock car approved by the manufacturer .
But I don't see so trouble if you install this device: it's very difficult that the police catch you . And you could answer it is the infrared viewer
